Position: Apparel merchandising manager
Requirements for candidates:
- Apparel-specific technical and product knowledge, sales and/or marketing experience;
- Be the retail and merchandising specialist for Russia apparel product in all categories;
- Working Experience: 5 years of professional experience in the sales, purchasing (product);
- Experience preferably with strong customer and business awareness;
- Excellent Retail knowledge/experience;
- Education background (University Graduate);
- Fluency in English in writing, speaking and understanding.
- Drive profitable growth and ensure long-term quality brand positioning through seasonal initiatives,
- which can be driven and/or locally relevant;
- Balance sales & retail product demands with consumer needs and long term Brand position;
- Develop relationships with key retailers;
- Assertively support apparel profitability in local market;
- Presentation preparation for categorical information and presentation tools;
- Line Selection & assortment planning for Local market (Local line must reflect both given CEMEA
- product directions and local needs based on statistics and product insights);
- Provide country direction and input at all levels (construct of like, silhouettes, price points etc) in order to set the direction for the CEMEA and EMEA regional product line;
- Establish consistent and coordinated product sales planning process (internal and external with CEMEA product team);
- Travel in the Russian Marketplace.
