REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Develop the market products in Volga Ural Region
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation of overall Company Strategy
- Develop and execute Regional Business Plan
- Build and Develop long-term relationships with relevant target groups in the building industry
- Management of Top Accounts
- Maintain and develop local distribution network
- Management, development and coaching of local Sales Staff
Reporting and Control
- Reporting to General Manager
- Managing 5 Sales Representatives
Career Development

Required Education and Work Experience
Higher business education /MBA
- Previous experience in managing people (2 years)
- Previous experience in building/developing relationships with customers
- Knowledge of the building industry and the region is an advantage

Other Requirements
- Preferably between 27-35 years old
- Living in, or close to Moscow. Preferably lived in the region.
- Able to travel in the region up to 75% of working time
- Fluent in English both written and oral
